This is my first stay in a 2 star hotel so not sure if it meets the usual requirements or not but it was clean and central. You have to pay for 10 pounds if you want to check in early. The room does not have any hair dryers or shampoo. The weirdest thing was the toilet was inside the room with a half door (not half but there was space) so the room was smelly. I would not have stayed there more than a night.

酒店退房後保管行李要2鎊！！而且定位容易定錯，要自己看清楚。谷歌定位是在一個大門緊閉的私人區域，但酒店要一直走然後轉右才能到。吹風機要自己找前台拿。除了這些，其他都挺好的。雖然設施比較簡陋但是挺衞生的，一樓也有接水的地方。酒店距離商業街比較遠，走路要二十分鐘左右，但就是旁邊有很多中餐。

It's suitable for a small family. It's very close to the city center. And the transportation is very convenient. The working staff at reception is very nice.

房間非常新，環境好。值得推薦。另外服務人員非常有禮貌，會不時的問一下有什麼需求。值得推薦，早餐也非常好。

畢竟都Budget了，預算不多也就住這個，跟在日本那個酒店似的房間很小，有點接受不了的是衞生間底下不是完全隔斷的哈哈，其他湊活吧，跟國內錦江之星差不多但是要更小

I spent one night with my little daughter in a 訂房網站le room.  my daughter enjoyed the double-decker bed.  the hotel is in a very central location just a few minutes walk from the Grand Central Station .  there are many nice restaurants around it

位置離Grand Central步行10分鐘，相當便利。去City Hall也就5分鐘。 衞生一般，開窗戶樓下比較吵，尤其是夜裡，酒吧比較多。早餐中規中矩，快捷酒店餐飲設施。

入住當天下雨，進房間發現沒有吹風機提供，去前台問，説接完了。跟訂房網站反饋，反應快捷，服務很好，協助跟酒店溝通。雖然當天沒有拿到吹風機，為訂房網站的服務點贊。房間有煙頭。喝水要下樓。地理位置比較好，但是房間太小很不方便。寄存行李還跟我收每件件2磅。無語了。

The hotel was very close to the city centre. The room was smaller than expected however comfortable enough for two people, i like that the reception was available 24hrs and the pool table was fun, the people at the reception were also very welcoming and friendly
